How do I get started?Browse through the custom graphic design services I offer and submit the booking form to get started. Have questions? You can contact me first.

How long will it take until I get my project?Most logo, print and packaging projects take 1 - 3 business days to complete. Standard website projects are usually turned around within a week. Timelines may be extended due to my work queue being more full than usual. If you are on a time crunch, please inquire before booking so I can give you an idea of the turnaround.

How does your design process work?Submit the booking form for projects you need to get started with. After I receive your order and clarify details, a 50% deposit request is sent to you. A design mockup is emailed to you for approval. (For websites) I start building approved design in the Wix platform. I email you final files and/or transfer completed website to you.

What is your hourly rate?My hourly rate is $40/hr (CAD), however, the majority of my projects are quoted as flat rates, so you know what you're paying before we begin. My hourly rate only applies if you need small edits to existing designs or website updates.

Do you offer any printing services?Most of my clients prefer just to place their own order on an online printing website like Vistaprint. The final files I send are print-ready, so it's easy to upload and checkout, if you're comfortable making online purchases. For certain projects, I can setup your final design in my print-on-demand system (no extra cost to you). You will be able to return to the link I send to you at anytime, to edit the information and order prints as you run out.

Why are your prices so low/high?I cater to small and medium-sized businesses and offer reasonable rates for custom, quality work. Some say I'm too pricey, some say I'm too low . . . this is one battle I know I won't win.

Where are you located?I work from home in Saskatchewan, Canada, but the beauty of the internet allows me to service businesses and individuals worldwide.
